Meet the Founder: Sarah Amuka

Sarah is a Senior Human Resources leader with over 15+ years of experience leading, designing, and implementing strategic HR programs for the world’s most innovative companies.

As the founder of Catalyst Factor Workforce Solutions, Sarah serves as a strategic partner and advisor to business leaders  on talent management, employee engagement, organizational design, and culture initiatives.

She partners with leaders to design and lead implementation of strategic HR programs, including onboarding, employee training, manager development, team dynamics, personality assessments, conflict resolution, and change management.

Prior to leading Catalyst Factor, she worked as a Human Resources leader focused on talent development, enterprise program management, and client relationship management at industry leading companies, including Meta, Intel, Delta Airlines, and Ogilvy and Mather.

Sarah holds a master's degree in Organizational Development, concentration in Leadership & Change Management and a bachelor’s in Marketing, Psychology minor. 

She believes in continuous improvement, she's a PROSCI certified Change Manager, a Master Facilitator, a Design Thinking Coach and Instructor, and a Birkman Certified Facilitator, and ATD certified Instructional Designer.

Sarah takes her passion for personal and professional development into every room; as a facilitator she leaves audiences inspired and energized!
